By using Dalinq you agree to these terms. They're short and written in plain language — please take a moment to read them.
1. About Dalinq
Dalinq is a service by Blackmountain Networks that lets you share music via smart links that automatically open in the listener's preferred music app. Dalinq is free to use.
2. Use of the service
2.1 Permitted use
You may use Dalinq to share music links for personal, non-commercial purposes. You remain solely responsible for the links you share.
2.2 Prohibited use
You may not use Dalinq to:
- Share illegal content or links to pirated music
- Send spam or create links in an automated or bulk manner
- Circumvent any technical security measures
- Use the service for commercial purposes without prior written consent
- Take any action that damages the service or other users
3. Intellectual property
Dalinq does not claim ownership of the music you share. Metadata (artist names, titles, album art) belongs to the respective rights holders and is displayed solely to facilitate the sharing process.
The Dalinq app, platform, and all associated software are owned by Blackmountain Networks and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.
4. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
5. Limitation of liability
Dalinq is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from use or unavailability of the service
- Loss of data or links
- Damages resulting from misuse of your shared links by third parties
Our total liability is in any case limited to the amount you have paid for Dalinq in the preceding 12 months (for a free service: €0).
6. Third-party services
Dalinq uses third-party platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, etc.) to retrieve music information. We are not responsible for the availability or policies of these external services.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes, you will be notified via the app. Continued use of Dalinq after the effective date of the new terms constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
